1. Order Cancellation by Customers

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and the return process will apply instead.

Steps to Cancel an Order

2️⃣ Go to My Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
3️⃣ Click on Request Cancellation.
4️⃣ If your order is eligible, we will process the cancellation and notify you of the successful cancellation.

Cancellation Fees

• Orders canceled within 24 hours will not incur any charges.

• Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment may incur a small administrative fee depending on the seller’s policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Sellers

Sellers on Lukiko.com reserve the right to cancel orders in certain situations, such as:

• Stock availability issues – if the item is out of stock or unavailable.

• Payment processing issues – if the payment is not successful or fraudulent.

• Shipping or delivery issues – if there is an issue with the delivery service.

Sellers will inform customers of the cancellation, and refunds will be processed immediately.

3. Post-Shipment Cancellations

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return the product for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. Refund Process

For successfully canceled orders:

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders
