Return and Refund Policy
At Lukiko Online Mall, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made on our website, lukiko.com.
- If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please inform our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting us at customer.service@lukiko.com or by calling us at +255 785 299 220. We will do our best to handle your inquiry as quickly as possible.
- Please note that certain items such as perfumes, makeup, and personal care products are not eligible for returns. Additionally, in order for a return to be processed, all products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- In the event that a customer requests a return for a non-defective item, they will be responsible for an additional delivery charge of Tzs. 10,000.
- If the returned item is an electronic device, it will be sent to our maintenance team for inspection. We will contact you regarding the exchange, which typically takes 5-9 business days.
- All accessories must be included in the returned package or the exchange will be terminated. You will receive an automated message with the full refund amount once we have processed your return.
- Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be processed via money transfer companies. Please allow 5-8 business days for the refund to be processed and for any replacement orders to be delivered.
